The best way is always to stop when you are going good and when you know what will happen next. If you do that every day … you will never be stuck. Always stop while you are going good and don’t think about it or worry about it until you start to write the next day. That way your subconscious will work on it all the time. But if you think about it consciously or worry about it you will kill it and your brain will be tired before you start.
Steve Darwin was my friend and p/t mentor when we were graduate students occupying Clarke Hall at Umass Boston, back in the 1970s.
Now look how famous he has become as the 1000th Steve in the National Center for Science Education's Project Steve.
I forgot that he was at Tulane. I hope I'll get to see him when I'm in New Orleans for the NSTA conference next month.
I'm tired of feeling guilty about what I'm knitting, or what I'm not knitting, or what I should be knitting.
By this time next year, I will be at peace with my knitting. And maybe even with my furniture stash!!
