1000th Steve is my friend!

Steve Darwin was my friend and p/t mentor when we were graduate students occupying Clarke Hall at Umass Boston, back in the 1970s.

Now look how famous he has become as the 1000th Steve in the National Center for Science Education's Project Steve.

I forgot that he was at Tulane. I hope I'll get to see him when I'm in New Orleans for the NSTA conference next month.
